A Band of Steel

 

“To those who gave all”

 

A band of steel I wear on my arm

To remember the hero’s who’ve come to harm

Our Brothers and Sisters listed MIA

Who fought for freedom and the USA

 

In Honor and Pride I wear this band

So that all can see across this great land

To show I remember and I’ll never forget

And give my thanks to all the Vet’s

 

For freedom extracts a wicked cost

And men and women have been lost

A sacrifice that cannot be in vain

So I will tell you once again

 

About a band of steel I wear on my arm

The men and women who’ve come to harm

The hope that we may never forget

To Honor our Hero’s and our Vets
